The surface is not hard, clear and bright as I expected. Currently it is too soft, wavy surface adhesion increase (good for transport and handle), but the sticky surface is very bad for the touch screen, slide your finger hard and almost impossible to drag the styllus ( this little plastic pen).

Best shield on the market, but I recommend you contact replascemnet ZAGG for life, it is ridiculous process. You have to shield the new order and pay for it that you must return your old shield, they’ll see if it can be replaced then they will refund your money and shipping.
