Sports tracker+ Heart Rate Monitor is the dogs bollocks. I just take my phone with me on bike rides instead of Phone, Ipod/MP3, Garmin, Hart Rate Monitor. Worth the price alone. Just bought my TV receiver headset so i can watch TV on my bike

@lextasy88 Sports-Tracker? Crap? I don’t think you’ve tried this software…seriously, try it first before lambasting it. I’ve been using ST for the S60v5 for months and it works flawlessly.

@lextasy88 because nokia supports sport loving people not lazy one that care about UI and games. xD

@lextasy88 OMG I loved Nokia phones so much but for a long time I use my old n95 8gb only to tracking with Sports Tracker which is so great app with pretty good web-service! :) You must be such a fat nerd if you are saying things like that :/

@buiggz let me set the record straight – i’m referring to this and ALL the videos nokia has wasted their time making:

stupid hamster-charging-battery videos, Wrestling videos, snowboarding videos etc.

these have virtually ZERO productivity in terms of convincing customers to buy a NOKIA.

my message is: spend money/time on developing the USER INTERFACE and developing SOFTWARE

Nokia has lost credibility/market share in the high-end smartphone FOR A REASON. all this is utter crap

@lextasy88 Let me point out the mistakes in your comment. Which basically covers your comment in total. 1. Nokia is not wasting money with Sports Tracker as ST is NOT by Nokia! ST is done by Sports Tracking Technologies Ltd. 2. More practical software? I guess you are not one of the VAST MAJORITY of people who do at least some kind of sports? And don’t you think it is quite practical for them to just use their mobile for tracking it? 3. Better graphics UI for MeeGo? You’ve seen the MeeGo UI…?

@lextasy88 These videos have nothing to do with software development. YouTube is a commercial channel for Nokia as well as other companies. Nokia is a very big company, so it has to aim it’s markets to many directions. Nokia does spend on developing, but they’ve failed at it, I agree with you completely.

Nokia never said that they’re leaving MeeGo. They just had to take Windows Phone 7 to create a workable ecosystem for now. I think (and hope) that Nokia’s getting Meego back when it’s ready.
