I have a Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte. vodafone have locked it because I lost the phone last week in france. I have now had the phone returned to me but the idiots at vodafone won’t unlock it because thet say it is subject to a insurance claim. Now that is rich considering I don’t have any insurance on the phone at all!! Even their system tells them that and they have admitted it doesn’t have any insurance!! Can I gat it unlocked anywhere else!! At the moment I’ve got a £1000 handset I can’t use!! Vodafone are useless!!
