computer running very slow!?

I have AVG and windows defender on my computer than runs daily, they have not found anything. YES, i do facebook, but never had a problem before. this started a day ago. comp is horribly slow. it took 5 minutes to load yahoo homepage earlier today. i am on cellular south 3G connection… signal strenght says excellent,153.6 kbps i have also ran CCleaner and cleaned registry files. don’t know what else to do.. dell tech support said something about someone trying to access my info and charging me money for them to clean it up. don’t have that kind of money, need help! thanks!!
also my 3G connection keeps dropping by it’s self but i probably need to contact cellular south about that issue.
people who tell you to defrag once a month have no clue about proper pc maintenance.
