Phone charger compatabilty?
Hello i have a nokia nuron 5230 my charger recently broke so i i’m going to order a new one the problem the charger is a AC-3U but my old charger is a AC-8U will it still work my brother says it won’t please help answer
The AC-8U is a bit more robust than the AC-3U both are 5 volt chargers but the AC-8U has an output rating of 890 mA versus the AC-3U which is rated at 325 mA . That is not an issue because your phone will only draw the current it needs. And given the higher rating the AC-8U will probably last longer than the AC-3U.
